What about festival lodging and other events?

Where can I get tickets?
Advanced tickets for the Emerald Coast Beer Festival are $20 each. Tickets are available at eight locations in Pensacola, Pace, Gulf Breeze, and by mail. Tickets will be $30 at the door. All the info you need to order advanced tickets can be found on the printable ticket order form.

What’s the age to get in?
Attendees must be 21 or older and have a valid picture ID.

What if it rains?
The events take place rain or shine. The only cancellation would be if a hurricane is imminent and then there are no refunds.

Will a shuttle be available?
The Seville Quarter bus will make trips from the Pensacola Beach Resort on the Beach to Seville Quarter beginning at 3:00 pm and return to the hotel beginning at 8:00 pm.

Will I have to pay for beer in addition to an admission ticket?
Your beer festival ticket allows you unlimited samples of all brews offered by participating breweries, brew-pubs, homebrew clubs and distributors.

What if I don’t like the beer that’s being served?
We try to serve a sampling of the best beer currently being brewed in the Southeast and we think you’ll find something to your liking. There will be many beer styles on hand, but don’t expect to see the mega-brewery light beers!

What about designated drivers/non-tasters, is there special pricing for them?
The price for designated drivers is $5.00, they will be identified by a special wristband. They will have access to soft drinks, water, and the entertainment. They will not receive a souvenir glass nor will they be served beer.

Will smoking be allowed?
Smoking is allowed in the outdoor courtyards at Seville Quarter.

Will souvenirs be available?
The first 2,500 attendees will receive a festival tasting glass. We’ll also have festival t-shirts on sale for $10. Other participants may be giving away coasters, koozies, glasses or other items. Some participants will have items for sale.

What if I want a mixed drink or something to eat?
Mixed drinks will be available from the other bars in Seville Quarter. The Oyster Bar Restaurant will be open during and after the event. A food stand will also be available.

Will ice be provided for the breweries and homebrew clubs bringing beer?
Yes, ice will be provided.

How do we get our brews listed on the Festival Tasting Checklist?
Breweries and other participants need to complete a brewer's participation form and have it back to us by Friday, August 22. Fill out which beers you will be bringing, to be included in the list of beers at the festival.
