What do I get with a VIP ticket?
A VIP ticket entitles the bearer to early admission to the VIP room at 5:00pm on the day of the tasting. The VIP room serves special beers, several high gravity selections, not available to the general admission entrants. The VIP room also has a variety of delicious appetizers and a buffet meal service included. The room is comfortably air conditioned with private restroom facilities. VIP's may enter the main venue any time after it opens at 5:30 and return to the VIP room at will until closing at 8:30pm. Local distilleries will be serving their beverages. There will also be mead tasting.
How do I buy a $30 general ticket or $75 VIP ticket from a club member?
If you don't know anybody from the Escambia Bay Homebrewers Club, you can attend one of our meetings. We meet 2 to 4 times a month. You can visit our club calendar to see our next event, or sign up on our club mailing list so we can notify you when we schedule our next meeting. You can meet our club members and sample some of our homebrewed craft beers. We are always looking for new members.
What's the age to get in?
Attendees must be 21 or older and have a valid picture ID.
Am I able to bring my child?
Unfortunately, the license for the event does not allow for admission of anyone under the age of 21, this includes infants and minor children. Please make arrangements for all children prior to attending the festival.
Can I bring my pets?
We all love our pets and like to take them places, but for everyone's safety,
the Emerald Coast Beer Festival™ cannot allow pets. The beerfest takes place both indoors
and outdoors. Outdoors, the beefest gets very crowded, pets may get stepped on or frightened by
the large amount of people and may react negatively. The indoor areas are inside restaurants and
other places where food is served. The FDA does not permit animals in such places.
We do make exceptions for service animals.
What if it rains?
The events take place rain or shine. The only cancellation would be if a hurricane is imminent and then there are no refunds. Tickets will then be honored at next year's festival.
Will I have to pay for beer in addition to an admission ticket?
Your beer festival ticket allows you unlimited 2oz samples of all brews offered by participating breweries, brew-pubs, homebrew clubs and distributors.
Designated drivers/non-tasters, is there reduced pricing tickets available for them?
Ticket prices are the same for all participants.
Will smoking be allowed?
Smoking is allowed in the outdoor courtyards at Seville Quarter.
Will souvenirs be available?
The first 2,500 attendees will receive a festival tasting glass. Other participants may be giving away coasters, koozies, glasses or other items. Some participants will have items for sale.
What if I want a mixed drink or something to eat?
Mixed drinks will be available from the other bars in Seville Quarter. The Oyster Bar Restaurant will be open during and after the event. Food stands will also be available.
I would like to be a vendor at the festival.
Sorry. We only have enough spots for 4 food vendors and they are grandfathered in every year. If you want to be added to our backup vendor list or consideration to be our primary food vendor, contact info@emeraldcoastbeerfestival.com.
