Jim “Cat Daddy” Richmond and Eddy Ray formed a power trio in 1996 called Insidious. In 2000, they changed the band's name to Cat Daddy to better reflect the catalog of music being played which was more retro rock, blues and R & B. In about 2010, the band became very involved in the blues society of northwest Florida in Pensacola which hosted live blues music and jams every Monday night. Shortly thereafter, the band transitioned into a full-on blues band called the Cat Daddy Blues Band.
McGuire's Pipes and Drums has been a part of Pensacola and the Gulf Coast music scene for over 30 years! Formed in 1988 under the sponsorship of McGuire's Irish Pub, the band was the inspiration of McGuire and Molly Martin along with Jack Dasinger who managed the band until his untimely death in July of 2003. Currently under the leadership of Pipe Major Michael Vazzana and Drum Major Michael Clark, this group of dedicated pipers and drummers are known throughout the southeast for their crisp military appearance, precision marching and wide repertoire of music, ranging from traditional Scottish/Irish tunes to regional and popular tunes.

Donna Hardin’s culinary career began early on, inspired by her Polish and Italian grandparents and their love and respect for quality and tradition. Her grandfather had a Italian meat market and restaurant, located in the historic neighborhood Ybor CIty in Tampa, Florida. It was populated by thousands of immigrants, mainly from Cuba, Spain, and Italy. Ybor City was and still is ground zero for the famous ‘Cuban’ sandwich the vibrate smells of Cuban, Italian and Spanish culture and food.
